For the Łódź branch of the international company, the leading global supplier of parts for vehicles used in agricultural, production and construction industry, we are currently seeking:

COUNTRY SALES DIRECTOR - AGRICULTURAL & FORESTRY TIRES

Country Sales Director, working within the structures of the Eastern Europe commercial region, will be responsible for P&L of Poland & the Baltic countries, with full accountability on revenues and costs management. The Candidates key mission will be to consolidate the existing relationships with our Clients current customers and catch new business opportunities through partnerships, acquisitions, and new go-to-market strategies.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Drive the company's financial performance
  • Effectively manage the Sales and Customer Service Team
  • Proactively seek new customers on OEM and Replacement Channel
  • Develop market intelligence and propose solutions allowing to capture maximum sales opportunities and margins
  • Develop marketing plans in co-operation with other team members
  • Organize and attend exhibitions and other events to increase brand's awareness and drive sales.

CANDIDATES PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:

  • Master's degree, preferably in economics, management, engineering, or similar
  • At least 7 years of experience as the Sales Manager or another Senior Management position, with a preferable previous exposure to the automotive industry. Experience in working for tires, or agricultural machinery manufacturing industry considered as a plus
  • Entrepreneurship and practical attitude with commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills in Polish and English
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance
  • Flexibility to extensive travel within Poland and to Baltic countries
  • Ability to manage complexity and work under pressure.
