For our client, a global chemicals company - HUNTSMAN we're looking for two credit controllers to join the newly established Shared Service Center in Krakow. The positions are part of the EAME Credit Management services.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the collection of accounts in an assigned portfolio to ensure compliance with payment terms and credit limits utilizing ERP System FSCM and SAP
  • Assist the team in achieving annual targets on collections and support credit risk assessments of our credit analysis shared service team in Kuala Lumpur
  • Support our cash application team in China as a backup for legal holidays.
  • Approve credit limits based on delegation of authority
  • Monitor and approve sales orders on credit hold
  • Frequent interaction with sales, the pricing team, and customer service to resolve disputes.
  • Support SOX, Audit, and Compliance as required.
  • Follow instructions and perform other related functions as may be assigned by the manager.
  • Participates in and completes Huntsman company-required compliance training program.
  • Participates in Environmental, Health, & Safety initiatives as set forth by Huntsman.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent in relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in the industrial credit field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate a high level of initiative and be goal driven
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Advanced English and Italian or French.
