Project Manager

Next Technology Professionals provides professional recruitment services tailored to the clients' requirements, finding the best qualified candidates from the IT industry.

For few of our key business partners we're looking for three candidates for the position of IT / Software Development Project Manager.


Conditions of engagement:

Industry: Consulting IT (few projects - 2 for German automotive Clients, 1 for Belgian public area)

Vacancies: 3

Location: 100% remote (now and after), also possibility to work from few offices in Poland (as you wish)

Start: ASAP (max 3 month notice period)

Salary range: 140 - 170 PLN net / hour (to be determined)

Employment: B2B, full-time, long-term (12m+)

Business travels: could be, but not too often (if so - 1-2 in a quarter)

Recruitment process (100% remote) - max 2 weeks (overall):

    • phone-interview with our recruiter (10 minutes)
    • presenting your candidacy to the client
    • interview with a potential supervisor (Project Leader) (60 minutes)
    • (optional) an interview with the end client
    • decision to start cooperation

Zakres obowiązków / Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor project constraints – schedule, scope and costs
  • Monitor and report project performance, progress and risk status
  • Lead internal and external corporate IT software development projects from beginning to the end
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Support project acquisitions and business case developments – support sales and bid management teams, coordinate of project requirements analysis and quotations
  • Initiate and set up complex projects in line with internal Project Management, Software delivery and Service transition methods
  • Develop full-scale project plans
  • Build and manage multicultural project teams (recruit, develop work plans, coordinate team and sub-team activities)
  • Actively follow delivery phase of the project, ensuring proper communication within the team, monitor progress and quality of work delivered
  • Communicate with project stakeholders, manage expectations on project deliverables
  • Record and promote experience acquired in the project
  • Travel to customer locations (if needed – very rare case);

Oczekujemy/ We expect

  • Master's degree preferably in area of IT technologies or relevant
  • 4y+ of experience as a Project Manager (software development preferred)
  • Demonstrated track record in delivering IT projects in International environment
  • Good technical knowledge across various IT areas (specially SAP area)
  • Strong practical knowledge of common project management methods and standards (PMI PMBOK®, SCRUM, AGILE PM), PMP® certification preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skills, ability to effectively maintain relationship with stakeholders using remote tools
  • German at B2+ level is a must
