SYSTEM ANALYST

Immoqee Sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw, has been in business since 2014. Our goal is to support the sales and customer service processes of our contractors, with whom we build lasting and long-term relationships. We provide comprehensive support services for HR, recruitment and training processes in this area. We are looking for candidates for a project implemented for our partner: SAMSUNG SDS - one of the most admired and innovative brands in the world. Key responsibilities: 

• Supporting Analysts from the business teams with business process modelling (BPMN) 
• Driving system analysis for the requirements (As-Is vs To-Be, Fit/Gap, mapping requirements to the system capabilities) and turn them into high quality specifications 
• E2E responsibility for feature delivery (SPOC for developers, team lead, business stakeholders, QA, etc.)

Competencies: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management or related field 
• Understanding of SAP Hybris Application Lifecycle 
• Proven knowledge in generating process documentation (BPMN) and System Documentation (User Story, ERD, Sequence Diagrams, DFD, etc.) 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills 

• 3+ years of implementing SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) solutions 
• Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis 
• Proven experience in gathering requirements, creating user stories end-to-end delivery experience 
• Experience with BA tools: modeling notations (UML, BPMN), diagram types and tools (Visio, draw.io, etc.), UI wireframing and prototyping (Balsamiq Mockups, InVision, etc.), backlog and wiki tools (JIRA, Confluence etc.) 
• Should have strong e-Commerce domain knowledge / experience in B2B/B2C
