E-STORE SCRUM MASTER

Immoqee Sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw, has been in business since 2014. Our goal is to support the sales and customer service processes of our contractors, with whom we build lasting and long-term relationships. We provide comprehensive support services for HR, recruitment and training processes in this area. We are looking for candidates for a project implemented for our partner: SAMSUNG SDS - one of the most admired and innovative brands in the world. KEY ACCOUNTABILITY:

• Guides the Scrum Team on how to use agile practices and principles to deliver high quality e-Store services;
• Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team;
• Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques;
• Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines;
• Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective;
• Arranged daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process;
• Resolves team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum on the e-Store platform;
• Helps delivery lead to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree required in computer science, software engineering;
• Over than First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I);
• Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc;
• Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.

EXPERIENCE:

• 4 years of product or project development experience, or 3 years of project development experience on an Agile Team or an equivalent combination of education and work experience;
• Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team;
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills;
• Should have strong domain experience in B2B/ B2C commerce.
