We are recruiting on behalf of our client – one of the world’s leading outsourcing companies providing customer service, technical support, and content moderation services. The company operates in many European markets, including Poland. The contract will be signed directly with the Polish employer.

Join an international team working on a project in the travel industry. Your main tasks will include assisting customers with their bookings.

Job responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries regarding bookings (via email and phone)
• Modifying reservations, resolving complaints
  

Employment conditions:

• Type of contract: employment contract (umowa o pracę)
• Salary: 49 zł /h
• Work schedule: part-time, ¾-time, or full-time
• Work mode: on-site in Gdańsk
• Working hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Monday to Sunday)
• Approx. 2 working weekends per month

Requirements:

• German language – minimum level C1
• English language – minimum level B2
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
