We are looking for candidates for the position of Mid / Senior .NET Developer (3x Senior, 4x Regular)

Conditions of engagement:

Industry: IT consulting (few ongoing projects - public, automotive, healthcare, banking, IoT)

Location: 100% remote

Start: ASAP (we accept max 3 month notice period)

Rate (setting up individually (depends on skills / tech experience): 

Mid: 120 - 150 PLN net / h

Senior: 150 - 200 PLN net / h

Employment: B2B (outsourcing with NEXT), full-time, long-term

Project: multiple projects, depends on your skills, expectations and project needs (apply and lets talk)

Ongoing projects (backend / full-stack / old-age stack or new-age stack):

Non-english vacancies for e-commerce clothing customer (Regular .NET + Angular project)

English B2+ is a must for these projects: German automotive, Scandinavian IoT, Hungarian healthcare, Belgian public area, EU aviation, British / Irish banking

German B2+ is a must for these projects: German automotive, Swiss banking, German medical, German mobile

Responsibilities:

You will work in the team of skilled colleagues on various solutions based on Microsoft .NET technology

Most of projects are web-oriented projects for large organizations, we also work on mobile, desktop and purely server-side solutions. During work in our team you can benefit from participating in various projects using variety of technologies

Skills needed:

At least 2 years of commercial experience in .NET Framework

Very good good knowledge of Core and C#

Knowledge of the web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Knowledge of one or more of the following: ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI, WCF, ASP.NET Core

Knowledge of ORM frameworks like Entity Framework or Hibernate. Knowledge related to databases: MSSQL or Oracle would be an advantage.

Understanding of good OOD and development practices

Good analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

Languages: English on B2+ level (international projects)

Nice to have skills:

Familiar with Azure + CI/CD (or willing to learn)

Angular is a plus

Few projects need VB and Winforms, if you wish to develop yourself in that direction (Senior role mostly)

BDD, TDD, CQRS, Event Sourcing, DDD

Familiar with MQTT, AMQP, MassTransit or RabbitMQ

The recruitment process (100% remote):

Typically, our clients need one 1.5-hour tech-project-ish conversation and we will give you feedback within a week whether we are going further in cooperation. We do not practice recruitment tasks or live coding - only benchmark-dialogue of your needs, skills and competencies
