We are seeking an experienced Agile DevOps Manager to lead and manage Agile and DevSecOps activities, including Build/Deployment, CI/CD Pipeline setup using Jenkins, and cloud technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of software development lifecycles and continuous integration/delivery processes. Your project will be related to Investment Banking market. DevOps Engineer 

You will be responsible for:

  • Configure CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins Groovy scripts in collaboration with cross-functional teams,
  • Manage multi-technology build processes (e.g., Java, .Net, UNIX) for desktop and CI builds,
  • Automate deployment using Ansible/Puppet for various target environments,
  • Assist development teams with source control systems (GIT, SVN, RTC),
  • Encourage high-quality standards, improving unit test coverage and reducing technical debt,
  • Utilize Cybersecurity tools (NexusIQ, Checkmarx, Contrast, Netsparker).

We require:

  • Fluency in English,
  • Expertise in scripting (Python, Perl, Unix, PowerShell),
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (GCP/AWS) is desirable,
  • Scripting proficiency (Shell, Perl, Python, PowerShell, Groovy),
  • Configuring/troubleshooting desktop and CI builds for various technologies,
  • Creating build scripts using ant, ivy, and Maven,
  • Proficient in source control tools (Git, SVN, RTC),
  • Jira admin/customization and workflow management,
  • GIT, Jenkins, and Jira integration,
  • Configuring deployments for WAS, Oracle, Sybase,
  • Hands-on experience with Ansible/Puppet for app deployment and environment provisioning,
  • Understanding of Automated Unit Tests, Dependency management (Nexus), and Sonar Quality Dashboards,
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes (Nice to have).
