We are seeking an EMC Expert to join our team and provide valuable support to ongoing projects involving EMC tests. The EMC Expert will play a pivotal role in assessing potential failures during EMC tests, offering solutions to prevent failures, actively participating in testing procedures, and guiding project and systems teams to grasp the risks associated with EMC failures during the design phase. EMC Expert


You will be responsible for:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify potential failures that may occur during EMC tests, 
  • Analyze test scenarios and project designs to pinpoint areas of vulnerability related to electromagnetic compatibility,
  • Propose and develop effective solutions to prevent EMC test failures,
  • Collaborate with project teams to implement necessary modifications or enhancements to mitigate EMC-related risks,
  • When required, actively participate in EMC testing procedures, ensuring that all necessary measures are taken to meet EMC compliance standards,
  • Support and assess the results of EMC tests to identify any deviations or issues,
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to project and systems teams to enhance their understanding of EMC risks during the design phase,
  • Assist in implementing EMC best practices and compliance strategies into the project development process.


We require:

  • Fluency in English,
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field,
  • Proven working experience in automotive sector,
  • Proven expertise in EMC testing, standards, and compliance,
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and assess potential EMC failures,
  • Problem-solving capabilities to develop effective solutions to prevent EMC test failures,
  • Hands-on experience with EMC testing equipment and procedures,
  • Excellent communication skills to guide and educate project and systems teams on EMC risks,
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams,
  • Knowledge of industry-specific EMC standards and regulations,
  • Familiarity with EMC simulation and modelling tools (e.g., SPICE, CST Studio Suite, Ansys HFSS) is a plus.
