Currently, we are looking for:

Agile Coach / Scrum Master

Location: Kraków (center)

Hybrid work (min. 1 day in the office weekly)

Zakres obowiązków / Responsibilities

    • Coaching our teams with Lean-Agile ways of working,
    • Playing Scrum Master role for 2 Firmware teams (5-6 members each),
    • Being a part of R&D department - working with the most innovative projects,
    • Facilitating new initiatives and improvements,
    • Removing impediments that limit delivering value by our teams,
    • Participation in developing our ways of working based on Lean, Agile and Scrum principles.

     

    Technologies:  C#, Python, Go, Java, IoT

Oczekujemy/ We expect

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position,
  • English B2+ (communication in the international environment),
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Desire to learn and share knowledge with others,
  • Working knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and transparency.
