Forge&Frost HR Consulting is looking for a Project Manager for its client a company specialising in the design and production of tradeshow booths and the production of furniture and interior design. The role would be to become part of an international team.

The company has offices in Berlin, Las Vegas, Dubai, and New Delhi, while the main office and a 7,000 sqm production unit is located in Zielona Góra.

Project Manager (furniture industry)

Location: hybrid work in Zielona Góra

Salary based on level of competence and experience

Responsibilities: 

• Comprehensive project management based on customer expectations (design, technical specification)
• Planning, preparation, and supervision of stand construction based on strict time and budget frames
• Effective communication with project team members and with clients (mostly foreign) and trade fair organisers (also foreign)
• Preparation and provision of required reports
• Analysis of results and identification of problem areas, proposing corrective actions if necessary
• Day-to-day implementation of project changes, identification of risks, and development of contingency plans
• Control and verification of orders on-site (international exhibitions)

Expectations:

• Preferably higher technical education
• Experience in the exhibition and/or event industry of more than 3 years
• Knowledge of project management methods and tools
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Knowledge of other foreign languages is advantageous
• Communication skills and the ability to work in a team
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Category "B" driving license
• Willingness to travel on business
