About the role:
- Dynamic and results-driven sales role focused on expanding our client base across Poland and Europe.
- You’ll lead the entire sales process — from prospecting and negotiations to closing deals — while building lasting relationships and collaborating with operations to deliver top-quality results.
Yours responsibilities:
- Actively identify and pursue new client opportunities in Poland and across Europe.
- Manage the full sales process: prospecting, negotiations, contract preparation, and deal closure.
- Conduct negotiations and agree on commercial terms with both new and existing clients.
- Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships built on trust and collaboration.
- Cooperate closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports on progress against targets.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Our expectations:
- Solid B2B sales experience in the construction industry (preferably scaffolding and insulation services).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English for business communication (written and spoken).
- High level of independence, responsibility, and result orientation.
- Ability to work remotely with weekly availability for meetings in Gdansk.
- Category B driving license.
