We are looking for a talented HW Design Engineer to join our team. As an HW Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing hardware solutions tailored to customer-specific projects. This role requires a strong technical background, project management skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality hardware designs. HW Design Engineer 


You will be responsible for:

  • Lead the development of hardware solutions customized for customer-specific projects, ensuring that they meet project requirements and specifications,
  • Manage changes to hardware designs and diligently track and resolve any bugs or issues that arise during the development process,
  • Conduct testing of hardware designs and perform electrical simulations using tools such as Spice to validate and optimize the design's performance,
  • Prepare and maintain all necessary project documentation, including hardware specifications, schematics, reports, and design documentation,
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their requests and implement agreed-upon hardware requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction,
  • Participate in design reviews to assess the progress of hardware development, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with project objectives,
  • Engage in architectural design activities and Functional Safety (FuSa) considerations, ensuring that hardware designs adhere to safety standards and best practices.


We require:

  • Fluency in English,
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field,
  • Proven experience in hardware design, including schematic design, component selection, and PCB layout,
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage changes and track bugs during hardware development,
  • Experience with hardware testing and electrical simulations, preferably using Spice,
  • Proficiency in the preparation and maintenance of hardware documentation,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and internal teams effectively,
  • Familiarity with architectural design and Functional Safety (FuSa) considerations is a plus,
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
