CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ENGINEER

       Your Role & Responsibilities:

·        Analysis of TOP issues for improvement projects in terms of quality and cost

·        Continous Improvement Projects management including actions doing

·        Suggestion system management and reporting

·        Leading and working in continuous improvement projects out of ideas

·        PPS/A3/8D initiating and moderating in case of production efficiency issues and q-targets not reached

·        Initiates and drives Continuous Improvement activities

     Your Skills & Strengths:

·        Min. 1 year of experience in similar role preferably in the automotive industry

·        Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or other related field

·        Very good English skills

·        Excellent problem-solving (PPS/A3, 8D, Six Sigma) and product reliability analysis skills

·        Working knowledge of  quality methods and tools (SPC, MSA)

·        Green Belt in Six Sigma is a plus
