QA ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with other smart colleagues to design and continuously improve overall QA framework and processes

• Manage and execute all relevant test processes

• Be product focused and continuously seek to improve. Sharp and diligent on details

• Understand product requirements and ensure that the product meets customer expectations through good quality measurements

• Support and take responsibility for the associated product teams delivery KPIs

• Collaborate closely with engineers to identify key areas of functionality at high-risk of failure to prioritize testing for early identification of critical bugs

• Work with stakeholders and teams to assist with any QA related challenges

• Follow best practice and existing guidelines but as well push the limits

• Involved in training members of the QA team

• Collaborate & coordinate with QA Manager, Tribe Lead & Squad

• Adhere to established quality standards

• Actively support Squad Releases & Hotfix Management

• Initiate/Facilitate Communication within Squad

• Support automation squad

• In-sprint test planning & test execution

Requirements:

• Relevant education in within Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Information Management, or Statistics

• 3+ years of experience working as QA profile

• Highly proficient in English and able to communicate with all levels

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of development cycle for mobile/web applications

• Knowledge of specifics of E-commerce platforms testing

• Advanced level of Jira/Confluence knowledge

• Demonstrated contributions to QA and IT process improvements effort

• Working knowledge of IBM Sterling® Order Management

• General Ecomm Knowledge: Order Flow, Returns Flow, Omni (Click and Collect, Find In Store, etc.), POS, Loyalty & Points Programs

• SEO, accessibility, security & performance tooling and testing experience

• Internationalization and localisation testing experience

• Release & HotFix management assistance (risk assessment, reporting, metrics).
