Roboto is a gaming localization company from Warsaw. We are looking for an organised, detailed-oriented & positive person to join our HR & Administration team.


It's a full-time (Monday-Friday, 9-17); office-based (Warsaw, Bielany) position. As an Administration Specialist, you will play a core role in our organization by ensuring smooth office operations.


More specifically, you will be responsible for: 

  • Preparing monthly agreements with vendors, coordinating the signing process and reporting the agreement to accountancy/ZUS
  • Preparing list for payments (employees, vendors, invoices)
  • Coordination of work permit, and residency permit processes for some of our employees
  • Invoicing and collecting the documents for accountancy
  • Preparing cost analyses (based on incoming invoices), company efficiency analyses, and other required spreadsheets
  • Taking care of office needs (ordering office supplies, being in touch with suppliers)
  • Performing other tasks assigned by the Management, including ad-hoc issues
  • Working closely with the rest of the HR & Administration Department

Requirements

  • Perfect knowledge of Polish and a very good command of English is an absolute must
  • Good work organisation, time management, and precision
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) is a must
  • A can-do attitude and good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in office administration
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferable
