Our Finance team is growing and we are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join the Commercial finance team, specifically partnering with our Borrowing collective. You will support our Flex Credit cards, Loans and Overdraft portfolios.

• Being the single point of contact between the business and finance
• Diving deep into the data
• Analysing and scoping new markets and new products
• Presenting your ideas and working across a number of stakeholders
• Designing and building new processes
• Supporting the build of a highly competent and motivated team

• Have demonstrable experience in financial business partnering with senior business leaders
• Are comfortable navigating highly complex fields of financial services
• Hold strong financial modelling experience
• Have great analytical & problem solving skills
• Hold good interpersonal & influencing skills
• Have experience building business cases
• Demonstrate ability to be hands-on
• Have strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Have a background in retail banking
