What you’ll be doing

• Set, develop and execute the integrated marketing strategy for the Collective
• Ensure the portfolio of campaigns is delivered, collaborating with teams in Marketing, product and growth
• Manage any Collective-specific budget and capacity for campaigns
• Monitor and report on Collective’s performance
• Lead the optimisation of marketing campaigns
