No Previous Experience Required!!!

No prior cabin crew experience is necessary. Our comprehensive training programme is designed to equip you with all the essential skills needed.

Upon successful completion of training, you will receive your Cabin Crew Wings.

What to Expect?

Life as Cabin Crew is exciting, fast-paced, and rewarding. You will be required to work both early and late shifts, with reporting times as early as 5:00 AM and finishes that may extend until midnight.

Requirements

• Lots of enthusiasm and excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Applicant must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Poland and travel freely to all destinations in the Ryanair network
• Hardworking, flexible and outgoing personality
• Flexible and adaptable to work a shift roster
• The unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
• Height between 5”2 (157 cm) and 6”2 (188 cm)
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English
