What you will do Own the analytics stack: event tracking, the warehouse, data models and dashboards Build trusted metrics for revenue, margin, CAC, LTV, cohorts and retention, and make them self-serve Partner with growth on attribution, incrementality and marketing mix modelling Build demand forecasting for inventory and purchasing with the supply team Run deep dives that answer the questions leadership is asking this week Set data quality, privacy and governance standards for the whole company What you bring 6+ years in analytics or data science in e-commerce, marketplaces or consumer tech Excellent SQL and Python, and experience with dbt, BigQuery, Snowflake or PostgreSQL Experience with GA4, product analytics (PostHog, Amplitude or similar) and BI tools Solid statistics: experiment design, causal inference, forecasting The ability to explain a complex finding in two clear sentences, in English About 10ML 10ML is a European perfume retailer headquartered in Dortmund, Germany.
