HumanLab is looking for a talented Sales Team Lead who is ready to lead and develop our sales team. 

**Responsibilities:**

- Build and lead the current sales team (cold sales and working with leads from marketing).

- Manage a team of 2-3 people.

- Analyze sales and develop strategies to increase conversions and attract high-quality leads.

- Ensure the achievement of key performance indicators and improve team results.

- Maintain and monitor the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date reporting.

**Requirements:**

- Successful experience in display advertising sales for at least 2 years.

- Team management and leadership skills.

- Understanding of the importance of following established processes and regulations.

- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

- Strong self-organization skills and a focus on key tasks and results.

- English - С1, Russian - C1.
