Role overview

We’re looking for a Mid/Senior UX/UI Designer with Full-Stack Development Skills to join a long-term project for a US-based client. You will contribute to two evolving digital products: a co-op advertising management platform and equipment marketing applications.

This is a design-first role with hands-on development responsibilities. UX/UI design takes priority.

Time split

• 45% UX/UI Design – creating mockups, planning features, and designing user experiences in Figma
• 20% Frontend Development – implementing interfaces using a modern frontend framework (React + TypeScript preferred)
• 35% Backend Development – working with Python, REST APIs, and scripts

Requirements

• Mid-level or higher commercial experience in UX/UI or Product Design for web applications
• Strong, demonstrable UX/UI design skills backed by a solid portfolio (top priority)
• Very good command of Figma
• Practical commercial experience with Python, including REST API development and scripting
• Hands-on experience with a modern frontend framework (preferably React + TypeScript)
• Ability to translate designs into working interfaces and contribute to backend implementation
• Genuine interest in combining design and coding
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Very good English
• Availability for full-time cooperation (40 hours per week)

Nice to have

• Experience designing complex dashboards, admin panels or data-heavy interfaces
• Familiarity with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, AWS
• Experience with Tailwind CSS or component-based UI development
• Familiarity with Terraform or IaC tools
• Background in marketing technology or B2B software
• Experience using AI-powered tools for design and development
