As a Staff Data Scientist, you’ll lead efforts on strategically important, business-critical problems. You’ll apply judgement in areas of organisational or technical complexity, steward initiatives end-to-end, and focus your hands-on contribution where it can create the greatest impact.

You’ll play a key role by...

• Shape and lead the data strategy for a large domain or collective
• Identify, frame and lead strategically important problems where the path is ambiguous
• Partner with senior leaders across product, engineering, ML, design, research, risk and operations
• Establish measurement strategies and metric maps
• Set and evolve best practices for experimentation, causal inference, forecasting, optimisation and decision science
• Remain hands-on where your expertise is most valuable
• Steward critical data products and initiatives end-to-end
• Coach and mentor data scientists and analytics engineers
