Your responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from publishing job advertisements to conducting interviews with candidates.
• Screening applications and maintaining contact with candidates via phone and online communication.
• Assessing candidates' competencies and suitability for specific roles.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
• Co-creating effective job promotion strategies through social media, job boards, and new candidate sourcing channels.
• Organizing and maintaining recruitment documentation.

Worktime

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Additional on-call duties according to a schedule agreed upon with other team members.

What do we expect from you?

• A motivated, proactive individual with a growth mindset and a willingness to develop professionally.
• Previous recruitment experience or a strong motivation to learn and grow in the field of recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Knowledge of the temporary employment market or experience working with a recruitment/employment agency.
• Knowledge of additional languages will be considered a strong advantage (particulary: Lithuanian, Czech, Hungarian, Italian, Spanish, Croatian)
